PXIE-4144 4 channel high speed PXI source measurement unit
The PXIe-4144 (Part number: 782432-01) features a Wireless Test System (RFIC), which contains the key instruments required for the user description control intensifier, transceiver, IF receiver, RF front end, modulator/demodulator, and other RFIC gadgets.
The framework includes a 6.6 GHz vector signal analyzer (VSA) and a 6.6 GHz vector signal generator (VSG) to capture or generate basic RF principles (ZigBee, WLAN, WiMAX, etc.); Source measurement unit (SMU) for basic DC parameter estimation (open/short circuit, leak testing); High-speed computerized I/O to capture or create digital baseband or control communication modes in FFIC via basic communication protocols (SPI, I2C, JTAG); And options including digitizers, clock sources, control meters and other RF hardware to meet user needs.
The Wireless Test System (RFIC) has the instruments required for normal estimation of RFIC gadgets, such as error vector amplitude (EVM), frame leakage, recursive balance, etc., and can develop custom modulation schemes (AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, MSK, GMSK, PSK, QPSK, PAM, QAM). Combined with NI LabVIEW programming, this arrangement helps users quickly modify their framework to perform the estimates needed to delineate their remote ics.
NI PXIe-4144 has a variety of strategies for adding motion; Single-frequency and multi-frequency technologies are the best known. These technologies enable users to measure impedance in the low-frequency portion of the spectrum, up to several uhz, by generating a direct power waveform. In order to use these technologies for high frequencies, excellent ADCs are needed.
